Josh Ierna is the New England Area Safety Director for CRH, overseeing safety at Tilcon Connecticut Inc. and supporting Pike Industries and PJ Keating. With a diverse background in mining and materials, heavy civil construction, manufacturing, power generation, and renewables, I bring a comprehensive approach to safety leadership across the region. I earned my B.A. in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College. My career is devoted to helping organizations elevate their safety performance through a combination of proven fundamentals and modern, people-focused strategies. I am supported by my amazing wife & two boys.
