As Capital Planning & Sustainability Manager at RiseBoro Community Partnership, he drives energy efficiency, decarbonization, and resiliency initiatives across a 140-building portfolio exclusively serving low-income New Yorkers. His work integrates technical expertise in building systems, energy management, and incentive programs with a deep commitment to equitable, climate-forward housing. Previously, Joshua held roles at Steven Winter Associates and in the solar PV and construction sectors, building a holistic understanding of design, installation, and operations.
