Joyce Ling leads the People function for Grimshaw’s North American region, where she supports the human side of project delivery and studio life. Working in close partnership with leadership, she focuses on operational effectiveness and leadership development within the practice. She values being a trusted advisor to staff at all levels and enabling thoughtful, well-informed decision-making. Joyce previously spent over thirteen years in progressive Human Resources roles at The Museum of Modern Art.
