Project Executive Ken Osmun supports sustainable initiatives across LeChase Construction’s 11 east coast offices. He has been passionate about sustainability in design and construction since early in his career when, as an active-duty US Naval Officer, he led one of the federal government’s first LEED-certified projects.
Today, Ken has over 20 years of sustainable building experience across different delivery methods and commercial construction market sectors. He has been actively involved in nearly two-dozen LEED-certified projects, including Gold and Platinum levels, and his experience also includes net-zero energy facilities. Most recently, he played a key role in a project that achieved WELL Gold certification. In addition to holding current LEED and WELL professional accreditations, Ken is part of the BuildingGreen Peer Network.
