Kim Green
Kim Green leads Social Advisory services at Mott MacDonald, North America. Central to Kim’s work is to deliver sustained, equitable outcomes for customers, local businesses and communities impacted by infrastructure planning and management. Kim works sector-agnostic, supporting clients here in the U.S. and globally across transportation, water, energy, and buildings infrastructure to best manage social risk and to maximize social value on their projects.
Kim holds the role of President for Black Women in Real Estate USA (BWRE USA) – a global network of 1000+ women in real estate supported through leadership development, peer-to-peer learning and industry exposure to connect, empower, grow, and learn in their careers.
Kim is a member of the Urban Design Forum, where she applies her social advisory expertise to contribute to a more equitable New York City.
