Li Pei Wang is an Assistant Director of the Project Management Office at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ). He is charged with providing the monitoring, reporting and delivery services for PANYNJ’s ambitious, 10-year, $37 billion Capital Plan. Prior to his current role, Li Pei served as the Program Director for LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program, arguably one of the largest and most complex Public Private Partnership projects in North America, between 2012 and 2017. Prior to 2012 and for 10 years, he worked and supported on several World Trade Center Redevelopment efforts such as the Vehicular Security Center, 1 World Trade Center lease negation, Temporary PATH Station and site redevelopment masterplanning. Before joining PANYNJ, he was involved in the development, planning, design and construction of many notable projects both in New York and overseas, including the Albert Mann Library at Cornell University, Radiology Department at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Shenzhen City Hall in China, as well as Tianjin Olympic Center in support of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
