Lucas is a Program Strategist at 3×3. He is a civic designer, researcher, and program strategist with expertise in institutional modernization, public sector training, and improving public services through collaboration and innovation. With five years of experience in public innovation and civic design, he has led large-scale community engagement initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and program design for both government and nonprofit sectors. He was a founding member and Research Director of the São Paulo City Hall Government Innovation Lab and has collaborated with organizations including the UNDP, Metropolis Network, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the Brazilian Government. At 3×3, Lucas develops and implements strategic programs that enhance service delivery and drive sustainable impact, particularly for small businesses and marginalized communities.
