Mark Gander is an innovative director with more than 27 years of interdisciplinary experience in land/real estate development, building architecture and multi-modal transportation infrastructure: planning, design, finance, and urban economics. Mark’s portfolio includes roles as real estate and/or mobility manager of several of North America’s complex real estate master plans, transportation infrastructure/land reuse and finance projects.
Mark’s expertise in sustainable transportation and technology led him to become uniquely involved in the high- performance parking, digitization and next gen urban mobility initiatives for smart city investments.
Gander was an invited speaker at the BMW Guggenheim Lab in Berlin on the topic of Urban Mobility and Next Gen Parking. In 2016-17, he received grant funding to assess mobility, resiliency, and urbanism in Copenhagen, DN. Mark is a Founding Partner of the US Green Building Council Parksmart where he serves on the Sustainable Transport Advisory Board. Gander participated in the invitation-only two-day (May 10-12, 2017) National Summit on Design & Urban Mobility in Pittsburgh, PA.
