Mark Kerman is a Senior Director of Construction Management at Greystar. He brings more than 35 years of industry experience in construction management and capital planning, with a specialization in the New York market—particularly within New York City. His deep familiarity with NYC building codes and regulatory requirements makes him an invaluable resource for navigating complex urban construction projects.  He also has extensive experience managing the operation of properties which provides valuable insights into the development of capital projects and the repositioning of assets.  Mark has successfully led a broad portfolio of rehabilitation and new construction initiatives across multifamily and student housing, as well as retail, office, daycare, and medical facilities. His expertise includes due diligence, commissioning, long range planning, and asset repositioning, along with MEP upgrades, façade restorations, roof replacements, amenity space enhancements, and structural repairs. 

Mark holds a BA in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Columbia University.
