Mark Lee is a Senior Structural Engineer at Burns & McDonnell in its Aviation and Federal practice, working on the Delta LaGuardia New Terminal C project. With degrees in both Construction Engineering and Structural Engineering, Mark enjoys BIM and other digital coordination that helps to streamline the process from initial conceptualization through to ribbon cutting, considering both the design and construction aspects. Over the past four years on Terminal C, Mark has used programs such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, and TEKLA to perform clash detection, coordinate complex and unique solutions with the steel contractors, curtain wall contractors, the construction management team, and various other interdisciplinary teams.
