I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer in the building construction engineering field for 30 years in various roles, including Engineering Design, Project Management, and Firm Partner. I am an actively licensed and registered Professional Engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey, Missouri, Louisiana, and Texas. I have been USGBC LEED accredited since 2002 and an active member of both the national and local American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Over the years, I have been involved in many projects with focus and experience in Mass Transit & Transportation, Institutional, Commercial/Corporate Workplace, Mission Critical, Cultural, Multifamily, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use development Market sectors
