Mark is a registered Professional Engineer, in mechanical Engineering, in the building construction engineering field for over 30 years in various roles, including design engineer, project management, and Principal/Partner.  Mark has been involved in many industry-related organizations, including USGBC (LEED accredited since 2002), and an active member of both the national and local American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Over the years, Mark has been involved in many projects with focus and experience in Mass Transit/Transportation, institutional, commercial/corporate, cultural, and Multifamily/Hospitality/Mixed-use development market sectors. Mark has been with HDR for the past two years in both Client Development and Operations roles.  HDR is a global Engineering, Architectural, and Environmental Consulting Company that consults on most markets.  Mark's focus is on Corporate Commercial Real Estate, Financial, Hospitality, mission-critical, Semiconductor, and mixed-use markets.
