As a Program Controls Manager in the Program Management group at AECOM, Matthew is responsible for implementing and executing program and project controls for large-scale programs and projects across the East Region of North America and Latin America. Matthew is also heavily involved in the American Association of Cost Engineering (AACE) International where he serves as Chair of the Planning & Scheduling Subcommittee and is responsible for developing recommended practices and increasing planning and scheduling techniques and experiences within the industry. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
