Matthew Normandeau brings extensive experience, ingenuity, and forward-thinking to each building enclosure design and rehabilitation project. He has completed several renovation and adaptive reuse projects that included sustainability initiatives to improve energy performance, including Passive House and Local Law 97. He leads multidisciplinary design teams on projects with extensive rehabilitation scope, including the replacement of building enclosure systems and recladding buildings that remain occupied during construction.
