Matt Normandeau, PE, is a building enclosure consultant with extensive experience supporting building owners and facilities teams in the investigation, rehabilitation, and long-term management of existing buildings, including adaptive reuse projects. His practice focuses on improving enclosure performance, and providing durable and long-performing enclosure systems through thoughtful assessments and targeted rehabilitation strategies.

Matt’s expertise spans the full range of enclosure systems, including facades, windows, curtain wall systems, masonry, roofing, and above- and below-grade waterproofing. He regularly leads condition assessments and rehabilitation efforts and helps clients develop facility-specific approaches to prioritize capital improvements. Known for his collaborative and practical approach, Matt frequently leads multidisciplinary teams and assists owners in understanding risks, options, and urgency—translating technical findings into clear, actionable guidance that supports informed decision-making and effective facilities management.
