Michael Alexander is the Vice President of Planning & Design at Corcoran Sunshine, where he has spent more than a decade leading the design strategy for over $2 billion in residential sales across iconic towers, boutique ground‑ups, major conversions, and master-planned communities. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the Flatiron Building, 520 Fifth, 140 Jane Street, 109 East 79, 220 Central Park South, 130 William, 15 and 35 Hudson Yards, Claremont Hall, 67 Vestry, and the upcoming 1122 Madison, and he is a New York State Registered Architect with an M.Arch from Princeton.
