Michael Menotti is a family man with over 30 years of experience in Construction Management across multiple sectors of construction including retail, residential, commercial, educational, waterfront, environmental, and industrial. He proudly served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Air National Guard as a Master Sergeant in Civil Engineering while simultaneously working his way up the civilian corporate ladder. He has also earned several degrees in civil engineering, business, and construction management. During his civilian career, Michael provided direct management and coordination on over $500 Million dollars worth of construction projects while employed by NYC SCA, Skanska, and Hunter Roberts just to name a few. It became his career passion to ensure that anyone involved or affected by construction either as a worker or pedestrian made it home to their families just as safe as they left. This passion led to the birth of Menotti Enterprise, LLC.
As President of Menotti Enterprise LLC, Michael is involved in all day-to-day operations providing direct leadership and oversight to ensure that all Menotti Enterprise projects are compliant with required health & safety guidelines. He has personally been involved in managing and overseeing safety on over $2 Billion dollars worth of construction on some of NYC’s most notable projects such as Amazon’s Logistic Distribution Warehouses, Virgin Airways Flagship Hotel, NYU’s Presbyterian Hospital, and Hudson Yards. Michael continually seeks personal and professional growth for himself as well as his employees. Those that know him best would describe him as a people person and a risk-taker who has never been met with a problem he couldn't solve.
