Owen Gechter is a Certified Floodplain Manager and the Regional Sales Representative for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.  He works with architects and engineers on new project plans, assists with on-site visits, and provides continuing education to various professionals on floodplain design, construction and impacts on flood insurance.  Owen graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and has been working for Floodproofing.com for 9 years.
