Currently serving as HDR’s Director of Commercial and Corporate Commissioning, Paul has 40 years of diversified engineering experience. He has managed and lead approximately 250 commissioning projects in multiple market sectors, including healthcare, mission critical and private and public sector projects. As Commissioning Program Manager for the World Trade Center Transportation Hub and Vehicular Security Center, Paul was responsible for the commissioning of nearly 2,000 separate pieces of equipment distributed across the 16 acre site. Major responsibilities included commissioning the standby power plant, HVAC and building envelope. Paul was the Commissioning Program Manager for the Social Security Administration’s new data center in Maryland. Paul works closely with his clients to scope projects and leads his team members to expertly execute the commissioning process.
