Paul is currently the Director of Corporate and Commercial Commissioning at HDR.  With nearly 25 years in the building industry, he assist clients in solving difficult facility issues and problems.  Primarily, Paul assists clients in developing effective and efficient commissioning programs in a wide variety of market sectors.  He has led projects in the healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, financial and mission critical markets.  Paul served as the Commissioning Program Manager on World Trade Center Transportation Hub, a seven year long project, constructed in phases to serve lower Manhattan’s public transportation needs.  Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration in Corporate Finance.  Paul is a Certified Commissioning Agent, an Energy Management Professional and a Certified Facility Manager.
