Pauline is a Senior Urban Planner and outreach specialist at HNTB, recognized for her expertise in community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable development. She has led engagement for several of the New York and New Jersey region’s most complex transportation and social‑infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that community perspectives meaningfully shape project outcomes. Her portfolio includes leading community engagement for the Reimagine the Cross Bronx Expressway Study, the Brooklyn–Queens Expressway Interim Repairs (Atlantic Avenue to Sands Street), and the Borough-Based Jails Design‑Build Program. She currently leads engagement for the Newark Bay–Hudson County Extension Improvements Program and provides strategic support for the East Side Coastal Resiliency and Grand Central Artery Improvements, among other projects.

Pauline holds an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a B.S and professional degree in architecture from Universidad de Chile. Her experience spans local governments, nonprofits, private‑sector partners, and diverse multicultural communities in the U.S. and abroad.
