Priyanka is a principal and director of development at 3x3, specializing in urban innovation and local economic development. With over a decade of experience, she has led socio-economic research, stakeholder and community engagement, and strategic investment planning for several revitalization and capital investment projects. Priyanka excels in eliciting deep human insights to drive strategic decision-making, helping organizations understand and engage their stakeholders effectively. Prior to 3x3, Priyanka worked for New York City’s Department of City Planning and the Technological Change Lab at Columbia University. She has taught and lectured at Pratt Institute and Ansal University and served on several committees, including the Urban Design Forum’s Shape Our Mayoral Platform and 21 Visions for 2021, as well as the AIA Diversity and Inclusion Committee as a co-chair.
