Rania Dalloul
Rania has over a decade of experience in housing justice, nonprofit leadership, and community development. Since joining UHAB in 2015, she has led strategic efforts to expand the organization’s reach and resources, strengthening partnerships and deepening support for resident-led affordable housing. Before moving to the United States, Rania was part of the founding team of CSB, a Beirut-based nonprofit that provides free design education to underserved youth. In Lebanon, she also worked as a social researcher with the United Nations, the American University of Beirut, and other NGOs, focusing on displacement, housing, and inequality among refugees and underserved communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Theories of Urban Practice from The New School, where her work explored the relationship between design, policy, and community-driven change.
