Ray Kettyle is a highly respected safety professional with 35+ years of experience in the construction industry (25 in the safety field). As a board-certified safety professional with hands-on experience in all facets of management coordinating safety of the entire project, he is responsible for the following:
- Subcontractor prequalification reviews and safety mitigation plans
- Participating in accident investigations
- Reviewing history of accidents/claims and preparing reports/recommendations as required
- Reviewing reports and presents corrective actions for specific situations identified by audits and outside agencies
- Assisting in the development and implementation of standardized safety programs
- Interfacing with insurance brokers, carriers, contractors, and other safety professionals to direct and improve construction projects
- Identifying and evaluating physical conditions, safety practices, hazardous situations, and compliance with established safety standards
- Effectiveness of safety standards, codes, and regulations
Ray also brings demonstrated expertise in coordinating, developing, and conducting safety training and reviewing subcontractor safety programs for compliance with project safety standards.
