A senior designer at HOK, Ritika has worked on multi-scale projects including mixed-use developments, healthcare, science + technology, and masterplans. She received her master’s in architecture with a focus on emerging technologies and a certificate in real estate from MIT, and has worked on projects in India, London, Beijing, and New York to create sustainable developments and innovative installations to inspire new design thinking and research. Ritika’s work has won multiple awards and has been exhibited widely at India Design ID and the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism.

She is deeply invested in designing for enhancing the user experience, which in turn pushes her to seek out and work with emerging technologies to better understand how the built environment can evolve with them. Her strong critical and analytical skills, alongside her experience with advanced design tools, work together to bring a unique insight into delivering strategic solutions for clients while enabling easier collaboration across teams.
