Rohit Motwani is a Program Director at Jacobs with a portfolio of multi‑billion‑dollar megaprojects across transportation, energy and power, housing, and disaster recovery/resilience. He leads multidisciplinary teams and sets the operating model—governance, program controls, commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, digital delivery, and systems/interface integration—to mobilize at pace and deliver outcomes with schedule certainty and risk discipline. Rohit has served on executive leadership teams overseeing program controls, commercial management, communications and stakeholder engagement, digital systems deployment, systems integration, and interface management.

His portfolio includes MTA’s East Side Access, Amtrak’s B&P Tunnel Replacement Program, National Grid, High Frequency Rail, Miami‑Dade County programs, New York City Housing Authority, the U.S. Virgin Islands Rebuild, and other major U.S. infrastructure programs.

Committed to industry best practice, Rohit holds the Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED AP BD+C credentials, and is active in AACE, CMAA, PMI, and USGBC. He earned a master’s in construction management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Major Infrastructure Delivery at University College London’s Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction.
