Roxanna Thomas M.Sc.,J.D. is Regional Inclusion and Community Impact Manager for Mott MacDonald North America, where she is responsible for translating the global inclusion strategy of Mott MacDonald into a region-specific action plan. With more than 15 years of experience, she spearheads relevant and responsive strategies, internally and externally, for clients to support delivering projects reflective of the community’s needs, and for project teams by providing strategic advice on areas of equity, supplier engagement and community impact initiatives. She has extensive experience in compliance, strategic planning, policy making, community engagement, supplier engagement, and social impact analysis. 

Roxanna also serves as the Group Social Responsibility Manager for Mott MacDonald, leading corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives for North America and managing the development of the global CSR framework, which focuses on Mott MacDonald’s impact via community programming and procurement with local businesses.
