Sara Cicerone joined BXP as Vice President, Construction in August 2025. In her role, Sara oversees and supports the execution of BXP’s new development projects in the New York region, including 343 Madison Avenue in midtown Manhattan and 290 Coles Avenue project in Jersey City. Before working at BXP, she spent her career working in construction management and real estate development, largely in New York City and most recently as Director of Construction at Princeton University. Sara is a construction executive with a proven ability to lead and deliver high-profile projects, in both the private and public sector, involving difficult logistics and project phasing. She has led teams through preconstruction, scheduling/planning, estimating, contract bidding and procurement, and all phases of construction. She has directly managed over three billion dollars’ worth of construction in her career. Sara holds a B.S.E. in civil engineering and architecture from Princeton University and M.S. and Ph.D. in structural engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
