Shruti Narkar is a Senior Sustainability Manager in JLL's Sustainability Consulting team based in New York City, where she advises commercial real estate clients on green building certifications and comprehensive sustainability strategy. Drawing from her background in design, she brings a distinctive design-first approach to her practice, seamlessly integrating sustainability, health, and wellness considerations into client’s broader business strategies. Shruti holds a Master's in Sustainability from Savannah College of Art and Design and is a LEED AP, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador. Shruti also serves on the advisory board of IWBI's Movement Committee and Urban Green's monthly professionals committee, helping shape industry standards and best practices. Additionally, she leads JLL's Asian Business Professionals Network as Americas co-lead, fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
