Sixto Baez-Monegro comes to MTA C&D from NYCT as a Project Manager. At NYCT, Sixto was responsible for generating project plans, scopes of work and final designs for bid for more than 37 projects worth more than $3 billion. Previously, he worked for the New York City Housing Authority's Capital Project Division as a Design Reviewer. Before that, he held a number of positions at private sector companies including Haddad Heating & Plumbing, The Urban Group, Constructora Global in Santo Domingo and Rodriguez Sandoval & Associates, also in Santo Domingo. Sixto earned an MS Civil Engineer in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BS in Civil Engineering from Santo Domingo Autonomous University.
