Soufian Alsabbagh is a Director in Savills New York City office, strategically guiding multinational companies through the complexities of international real estate transactions. His sophisticated approach resonates with international clients seeking assistance with all aspects of their real estate portfolio, including Tenant Representation, Transaction Management, Workplace Solutions, Project Management, Lease Administration and Consultancy.

Prior to Savills, Soufian spent seven years with JLL, most recently as a Vice President within the International Desk in New York, advising enterprise clients on their global real estate strategy. He oversaw the global delivery of services for several multinational companies based on the East Coast. Soufian was also responsible for expanding the growth of international business across the globe, including cross-selling services worldwide.

In his previous role with JLL, Soufian spent three years in Paris where he was part of the Consulting and Transaction Management practice serving international portfolio clients.

Soufian has ten years of professional experience, including seven years in the global commercial real estate industry, representing occupiers and managing client accounts. He advised more than twenty industry-leading American and European corporations on their global real estate strategies and has operated across 75 countries to oversee the execution of 400-plus real estate transactions. He was involved in more than 4,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions in all sectors, including office, retail and industrial. He advised clients with corporate portfolios totaling over 40,000,000 square feet.
