Tamar Kisilevitz, AIA, FARA
Tamar Kisilevitz, AIA, FARA is a Partner at Curtis + Ginsberg Architects (C+GA), dedicated to socially responsible, impactful architecture. She leads the firm’s affordable housing preservation practice and is also involved in the firm’s large-scale new construction housing projects. Tamar has contributed to nearly 18,000 affordable units completed or in progress, including the award-winning renewal of Harlem River Houses, recipient of a 2025 Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award. Her work focuses on strengthening communities through thoughtful design, sustainability, accessibility, and close collaboration with residents, public agencies, and nonprofit partners. She is a Fellow of the Society of American Registered Architects and former President of the SARA NY Council, committed to mentoring emerging architects, and enjoys baking and making jewelry.
