Tamara Andreatta is Senior Property Manager at Colliers International, overseeing office, retail, and commercial condominium properties in Manhattan. With 20 years of experience, she has managed over 1 million square feet of Class A office space, led modernization projects, and achieved LEED v4.1 O+M certification. Her background spans property and asset management roles at Cushman & Wakefield, serving The United Nations, NYU Langone, UBS, as well as Cornell Tech and EDF Renewables.
She holds an MBA from Baruch College and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Centrale Marseille. An RPA, LEED Green Associate, and licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Tamara specializes in tenant relations, compliance, technology integration, and sustainability, with expertise in building modernization and ESG strategies.
