Terry brings over 35 years of diverse real estate and construction experience to the firm. As a Registered Architect and with a professional background in both design and construction management, he has extensive experience managing the development, design, and construction of major commercial projects. He leads Turner & Townsend’s investor/developer portfolio throughout North America and, over his career, has been part of some of the most significant large-scale developments in New York City. These include the World Trade Center redevelopment, Hudson Yards, Yankee Stadium and headquarters development projects for several high-profile financial and media institutions. Terry’s previous experiences in owner representation, project management and construction management provide a strong baseline in the management of all aspects of the development of new projects from site identification through final tenant hand-over.
