Tim’s award-winning work spans the globe, from Singapore’s tallest residential high-rise to an eco high-tech development in Nanjing, China. Known within the industry for using design as a core ingredient to enhance clients’ business strategies, Tim is a key leader in designing and delivering NBBJ’s international projects. Tim recently served as Chairman of the Council on Vertical Urbanism (CVU), and he has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, the BBC, Bloomberg News and other business and design media on the subjects of urban density and sustainability.
