Úna Marley is a Construction Project Superintendent at J.T. Magen & Company, where she has been a team member since 2020. With nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry, she specializes in managing commercial interior fit-outs as well as exterior builds for leading firms throughout New York City.

Her diverse background - spanning roles as an architect, estimator, and now superintendent - gives Úna a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the building process. From initial planning and design, through bidding and on-site execution, and all the way to punch-list completion, she brings a holistic and detail-driven approach to every project.

Úna holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from University College Cork, Ireland, and she has further strengthened her expertise with a postgraduate Project Management certification from NYU.
