Vicki Yee is a Sustainability Specialist at Syska Hennessy Group and the Deputy Director of New York Passive House. She brings extensive experience in high‑performance building consulting, energy modeling, green building certification, climate resiliency, decarbonization strategies, design review, and incentive program support. Vicki specializes in evaluating innovative and cost‑effective design solutions across a wide range of project types, including affordable multifamily, commercial, mixed‑use, all‑electric, and carbon‑neutral developments. At Syska, she performs decarbonization studies such as LL97 analyses, conducts energy modeling, and leads internal sustainability initiatives that inspire firmwide and broader industry engagement in low‑carbon design. Her prior work includes serving as the lead Passive House consultant for nearly 900,000 square feet of pre‑certified and certified affordable housing in New York City, including the first phase of a 28‑acre carbon‑neutral‑ready, wellness‑oriented community. In her role at New York Passive House, Vicki organizes professional programming, manages partnerships with industry organizations, and established NYPH’s NextGen group to support emerging practitioners and students. She also helps organize NYPH’s annual symposium on regenerative design. Vicki is a Certified Passive House Designer, Passive House Tradesperson, and WELL Accredited Professional.
