Vincent Favale P.E.
Vincent T. Favale is a senior fire protection engineer at Burns & McDonnell in New York City. With 15 years of experience, he has a broad range of experience in commercial facilities including for the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Energy, stadiums, arenas, casinos, high-rise commercial buildings, and food and chemical manufacturing facilities. As well as alternate energy applications, such as offshore wind farms, energy storage systems, and synchronizing condenser plants.
His professional experience includes plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm and life safety design for large-scale projects.
Favale has been an adjunct instructor at New York University's School of Professional Studies and is an instructor with the School of PE for fire protection review. He teaches classes in fire dynamics, egress, special hazards and water-based systems, as well as classes in FE: Civil, Mechanical, and other disciplines, as well as PE in architecture.
He has a Master of Science in fire protection engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has passed several certifications, including a PE in mechanical thermal fluids design, and a PE in fire protection.
