Vinesh Naicker

Vinesh Naicker is a civil engineer, project manager, and AI governance leader with more than 15 years of experience in the AEC industry. His career spans transportation, water, and infrastructure delivery, where he has led multidisciplinary teams, implemented digital solutions, and strengthened organizational project management. He is currently the Transportation Project Controls Program Lead at David Evans and Associates, where he leads strategic initiatives in revenue forecasting, workload planning, and project management modernization. In addition, Vinesh serves on the AI Advisory Board at David Evans and Associates, guiding enterprise strategy for responsible AI adoption.
Beyond his professional work, Vinesh serves as the Director of Community Service for Project Management Institute of New York City (PMINYC), supporting nonprofits across New York City through project management focused volunteerism.
