Wes Beaumont
With more than 18 years of industry experience, Wes is a certified construction manager and program manager, specializing in operational excellence. He collaborates with senior leadership to design target operating models and strengthen enterprise capabilities in program and project controls, focusing on data governance, solution development, and process improvement.
Wes was responsible for designing and implementing the controls operating model for the $16 billion Hudson Tunnel Project before leading the PMO for Amtrak’s $3.6 billion systems package. Additionally, he developed and executed a three-year digital transformation program for the Port Authority of NY & NJ Engineering Department, which manages an annual capital expenditure of $3.6 billion.
Wes is an accomplished program management and controls expert with a proven track record of designing, implementing and scaling operating models for large programs. He is an experienced business advisory consultant which, alongside his delivery experience, has equipped him with the ability to design effective delivery strategies in addition to gaining the skills to influence, implement and operationalize those strategies.
