Yonelle Baptiste is transportation professional with more than 15 years of experience. She has a multi-disciplinary background in engineering (Electrical and Civil), construction management, and project management. She currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager in the Metropolitan Transit Authority Long Island Rail Road (MTA LIRR), the busiest commuter railroad in the United States. She is a well-rounded professional who served in multiple roles in many levels with both field and management experience. Sample projects include design of the Stewart Manor and Lynbrook Station Improvements project, and design and construction of the Flushing Main Street station improvements project. Yonelle earned a MBA from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).
