Zack Davis is the Senior Director of National Strategy & Business Development for Avison Young’s U.S. Project & Construction Management platform. He leads the national business development function, partnering with project management, design-build, workplace strategy, and facilities teams to drive growth across the Americas.
Zack is known for building strong pursuit strategies, managing complex multi-service opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing innovators. He works closely with regional and national leadership to shape pipeline targets, guide revenue planning, and support strategic initiatives across the platform.
With a background spanning brokerage, consulting, and corporate real estate, Zack brings a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution, helping Avison Young win marquee projects and expand its footprint in key markets. He’s also an active voice in the CRE community through his ZDAY series, industry events, and ongoing collaboration with workplace leaders across the globe.
