Aishling brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As company president, she not only oversees project development but also manages the compliance, controlling, client relations, construction and new business efforts within Coyle. Aishling puts a lot of focus into company growth and development, with a high percentage of her clientele retained from previously completed projects. She is always excited to take on new construction challenges, quickly adapting to innovative market trends and developments. My biggest career achievement was setting up Coyle, watching a company, and the people within it grow is extremely satisfying. If you're dedicated, and you work hard, you will see progress. Plus, being a woman in a [predominately] male industry, it's satisfying to make it to this point. Originally from Co. Kerry, Ireland. Aishling moved to New York in the early 2000s, where she met her husband Colm, a native of Tipperary. They reside in Rockland County, NY, with their daughter Grace and son Ryan.
