Christina M. Mueller, NYC Facades Manager - Intertek
Ms. Mueller has 21+ years of experience in CD litigation support, quality assurance/risk management, historic restoration, waterproofing/roofing consulting, and general enclosure consulting for new and existing buildings. She started her career as a litigation paralegal and has since served as the key investigator in CD litigation projects in NY, NJ, CA, CO, NV, TX, and AZ. She has also led multimillion-dollar façade restoration and National Landmark preservation design projects in CA, NY, PA, and VA and has provided risk-management consulting for various US Developers. Since joining Intertek in 2017, Ms. Mueller has become a certified IR Thermographer and leads the majority of Intertek’s large-scale LEED/non-LEED BECx projects in NYC and the tri-state area; including facilities for healthcare, education, research laboratories, government buildings, senior housing, and private commercial and residential buildings. Ms. Mueller holds a professional M.Arch degree from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design and a Pre-law BA degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. She is registered with NCARB and is currently an Associate member of AIA. She is also an active member in USGBC, Professional Women in Construction (PWC), and National Women in Roofing (NWIR) industry groups.
