"I am the Executive Director of Construction Code and Zoning with Dixon Projects. In this role, I am involved with every phase of the project life cycle from preconstruction to close out. I trouble shoot project problem areas, review plans for code and zoning compliance, create and expedite filing documents, close out the projects and obtain final certificates of occupancy. Lastly, I oversee our $500 million New York construction portfolio. I received my Bachelors of Applied Science with a minor in Business from Washburn University and my Master of Science with a minor in Educational Computing from SUNY at Stony Brook. I am a problem solver, I figure out different ways to work on problem buildings or projects in order to satisfy both the code requirements and my clients. I often have to come up with creative ways to deal with clients, building inspectors and plan examiners. In my spare time I love to spend time outdoors, travel with my daughter and is an avid fan of murder mysteries and long hikes in the woods. "
