Kelly Kynion- Tricarico has been in the Entertainment Construction industry for over 25 years. Initially she was involved with business operations and finance under her consulting company, Tri-Kyn Consulting, but quickly advanced to an active Sales and Project Manager role. In 2017, she took the initiative and created her own company, Cinema Pro, Inc. She successfully completed many projects all over the country for several top name clients. Like many during the Global Pandemic, Kelly shifted her focus back to the consulting arena and made it a priority to building long term relationships, especially with women in the exhibition space. She became the Director of Membership Services for a Global non-profit - WIE (Women in Exhibition). She helped form many procedures that were monumental in helping grow the organization. In late 2021, she accepted an offer to help lead and manage several companies for another Woman Entrepreneur, that is an environmental attorney, farmer, film maker and property owner. Kelly is actively involved in all aspects of these areas and still has time to share her knowledge of construction and project management.
