Kimberly D. Hardy, is the SVP of Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance at McKissack & McKissack, the lead program management consultant for The New Terminal One. As the project’s M/WBE Director, Kim is responsible for ensuring that diversity objectives remain business-critical priorities. Her career includes executive positions in the public and the private sectors providing her with a unique understanding of the importance of integrating infrastructure and community development.
