Tamika Lowe is a licensed general contractor and the owner of a home improvement company established in 2017 that specialize in 203K construction loans and insurance jobs. Tamika is also a licensed Lead Renovator and OSHA 30 certified. Tamika became a Realtor in 2014 where she began investing in real estate. In Spring 2022 Tamika will began teaching at a technical school in Newark, NJ about the project management of running a home improvement business.
