Lisa Diaz-McPeek, Founder and Principal of Elm Road Properties, has worked on and managed large-scale construction projects in NY, NJ, CA and Internationally. Having grown up in Ohio, she moved to California over 20 years ago and while there earned her BA in Interior Architecture and M.Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Upon moving to the East Coast in 2016, her first job in NYC was at Woods Bagot, where she worked solely on 76 Eleventh Ave. Woods Bagot served as the AOR to Bjarke Ingels Group for this project. In 2021, she left her corporate job and started her own practice. Elm Road Properties works on both residential and commercial projects, and is woman-owned and operated.
