Mafe Alizo, Regional MWDBE Manager - Structure Tone
Mafe Alizo received her cum laude Architectural degree from La Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela. After four years of gaining knowledge in both architecture and construction management firms, she developed her own design-build studio where she completed a combination of residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects—from interior remodeling to ground-up facilities. In 2019, she moved to the US and began her career at Structure Tone, where she worked as an estimator and superintendent. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives to improve systems, processes, and results, Mafe transitioned to an MWDBE-focused role in 2021. In her current role as a Regional MWDBE Manager, she oversees Structure Tone’s MWDBE Program for several business units that span across the Northeast region. Mafe is also an active participant in Structure Tone’s Women in Construction group, (STWIC). She is a member of Professional Women in Construction’s MWDBE Committee, as well as a member of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) Tri-state chapter.
