Marcy is a BPI Building Analyst Professional in addition to being a National Association of Realtors Green Designee and Earth Advantage Broker. She is training to become a Home Energy Score Assessor and Earth Advantage Sustainable Home Professional. Marcy founded Green Building Specialists as an extension of her work as a Green Realtor. For the past few years, Marcy has been building her real estate brand, Hudson Valley Green Homes at Keller Williams Realty, by focusing on buyers / sellers who are interested in more sustainable housing options. Marcy's building science skills help her buyer clients find homes that are more energy efficient, comfortable, healthier and less expensive to operate. Marcy is a Climate Reality Leader, organizer of Repair Café Pine Bush, and a Board Member with the Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Board for the non-profit organization, Mid-Hudson Energy Transition. When asked about her background, Marcy often jokes, "I've led a bit of a 007 life." She’s been a professional ballet dancer, a FAA certified pilot and airplane owner, FAA aircraft dispatcher, senior customer experience manager for a major retailer, dance instructor, and an owner / operator of a drone photography service.
