Melissa is an experienced in business development professional with a demonstrated history of working in the construction/engineering industry. At Bohler, Melissa is responsible for evaluating and developing business strategies, managing the overall memberships and events for the region, planning, and directing business efforts, communicating business plans, managing business campaigns, building brand awareness, directed lead generation, produced promotional events, performed market research on competitive landscape and industry trends, managing relationships with various businesses to reach base business sales growth goals. Melissa is an active member of LIREG, CIBS, HIA-LI, the New York Building Congress, SMPS, and CREWNY where she was a Rising Star for 2019 and 2020. Melissa is also a very active member of her community, she has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, Long Island Harvest, and was Bohler’s team captain for the past 5 years for the Alzheimer’s Walk on Long Island, where they placed in the top 7 fundraising teams.
